We are looking for writers, do you have what it takes?

Well, this is the first time I have opened up to the idea of bringing in new writers, but I think it is the right time. Right now we have two open positions, but more will be coming very soon as we will ultimately be looking for a quality DVD reviewer, trailer database manager and many more positions to be filled.
For now the two positions available are News Editor (Trades) and a Gossip Sheet Columnist. You can check out the job descriptions on our new Write for RopeofSilicon page, which will continue to be updated as new positions open up.
Do you have what it takes to join the team? We are looking for movie lovers with a sense of humor and a quick wit. On top of that we want people that love to write and want to make their writing more fun.
On top of all this, who doesn't want an email address that ends in @ropeofsilicon.com? That alone creates enough conversations with people asking what the hell that means. Guess what, no one really knows!
