Wow, 'Fantastic Four 2' Looks Bad
Can they mess this up two times in a row?
Yikes, I hadn't watched this clip that premiered on NBC for Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer until now and I just have a few questions:
- When did Jessica Alba get a fivehead?
- Will Jessica Alba ever be able to act?
- Who thought Laurence Fishburne's voice would work for the Silver Surfer?
After the wretched Spider-Man 3 superhero fans better hope Fantastic Four can pull off a miracle but after this clip I don't see it happening. This clip might have some cool action, but the Alba factor and the fact that Fishburne's voice does not work at all. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself below.
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer hits theaters on June 15. I wonder if they will screen it for the press. Then again, we always have Transformers to look forward to.

At first I thought it was just me, but I'm reading comments and posts on more and more blogs that agree: Laurence Fishburne's voice coming out of the Silver Surfer's face just does NOT sound right…

Nah, it looks really weird doesn't it. Fish's voice is just too big for that character.
What exactly is a fivehead???? Yea it looks bad but I think people over read simple movies, this is a superhero movie, its not made to grab an oscar or be critically acclaimed, its for simple fun thats all, and on a side note yea spider-man 3 wasnt great but the reviews on here gave it a d and movie goers gave it a B, come on guys lighten up
A fivehead is one more notch in the forehead department… Tyra Banks for example has an eighthead. As for Fantastic Four I actually enjoyed the first movie in the theaters, but on DVD it sorta stunk the second time around. I think the Silver Surfer looks cool, but I am just not buying Fish's voice coming out of that scrawny little body.
Oh, and Samps630, Spider-Man 3 was really bad and I want to have fun at the movies more than anyone considering all the crap I get to see, but that movie was just plain bad.
