'With,' Not 'At' Tiffany's

At first I thought this might be a remake of the classic 1961 Audrey Hepburn flick Breakfast at Tiffany's but then I noticed the "with" in the title.
Variety is reporting that Ella Enchanted director Tommy O'Haver is set to direct Breakfast With Tiffany, a film that will be based on the memoir of the same name by Edwin John Wintle. O'Haver will also be adapting the book along with Irene Turner.
The book follows Wintle's journey from single, middle-aged gay New Yorker to unexpected guardian of his troubled 13-year-old niece, Tiffany.
The book was published through Miramax Books and I can only assume it will be set up at the studio as well.
