Paramount has just released the new Super Bowl trailer for World War Z that will be playing during the big game this Sunday.

The film will hit theaters on June 21 and stars Brad Pitt in the adaptation of the Max Brooks novel telling a story revolving around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself. Mireille Enos plays Gerry's wife Karen Lane; Andre Kertesz is his comrade in arms, Segen.

The film was directed by Marc Forster (Quantum of Solace) and suffered several delays. Here's to hoping everything worked out in the end.

This looks really uninteresting. Will not be seeing this unless we get some better trailers.

I wonder: is my bad attitude about this movie because I know too much about the troubled production, or is it because I possess a solid bad movie detector? I hope it's the latter.

This trailer offered considerably less than the already-underwhelming first trailer. Boo.
