I've only seen Ramin Bahrani's Goodbye Solo, but Man Push Cart and Chop Shop are both considered to be quite good by several respected critics and Bahrani's latest is ready to come to theaters this year after first debuting on the festival circuit in 2012.

Picked up by Sony Classics, At Any Price stars Dennis Quaid, Zac Efron, Heather Graham and Clancy Brown and centers on ambitious farmer (Quaid), who wants his rebellious son (Efron) to help expand his family's farming empire. However, Dean has his sights set on becoming a professional race car driver. When a high-stakes investigation into their business unfolds, father and son are pushed into an unexpected situation that threatens the family's entire livelihood.

The film is set for an April 26 release. Check out the trailer directly below and I have a gallery of stills from the movie right here.

Jesus Christ why did I watch that trailer. Way too many spoilers. Dammit!

Saw it at Telluride. Dennis Quaid is great but the movie itself is only ok. Worth a rental.

Love Bahrani, excited for this one, even if I've heard it's his weakest work. How did you find Goodbye Solo Brad?

Wow. Zac Efron has REALLY made a career turn around, with 'The Paper Boy' and now this! This looks really good. I LOVED Goodbye Solo, and Man Push Cart, so I expect the most from Bahrani's newest. He has a way with film making, a more personal, intimate touch that I absolutely love. It brings us into the worlds of his characters unlike any other director I've seen working today.

    Very interesting trailer.
Immediately visible, intelligent and thoughtful film.
    I'm very excited.
