Vivica Fox Starring in Senseless Sequel
Ho hum, who cares?
You know the old saying, "If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it does it still make a noise?" Well, this little news bit out of The Hollywood Reporter got me thinking about that saying, "If a film is made and no one sees it does a sequel make any sense?"
Honestly, raise your hand if you ever saw or heard of a film called Two Can Play That Game. I will wait for two seconds while you search your brain…
Okay, now that no one has raised their hands here comes the news, Vivica A. Fox is set to star in and produce Three Can Play That Game for Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisition Group. Fox will reprise the role of Shante Smith, a relationship expert who uses her knowledge of the male psyche to help women get what they want. The cast also includes Jason Winston George, Jaszmin Lewis, Tony Rock and Terri Vaughn.
I am not sure what happened to Vivica, but it seemed she was a star on the rise and Tarantino's Kill Bill would only help things, but since then her biggest film has been the Jamie Kennedy flick Kickin' It Old Skool and to call that impressive is very sad.
