Ving Rhames is an 'Animal'
Rhames and Konwiser are producing their own films.
Ving Rhames and Kip Konwiser have decided to get into the business of producing films and they are going to start with the urban drama Animal, which is set to star Rhames as well.
The film has already begun shooting and David Burke is directing Rhames as he plays a violent felon nicknamed Animal, who is released from prison on a technicality. Led to reconsider the futility of the life he is leading, Animal tries to go straight to keep his son from following in his footsteps.
As far as co-stars go Terence Dashon Howard will play Animal's son, Chazz Palminteri and Jim Brown are inmates, and Wes Studi, Beverly Todd, Faizon Love and Paula Jai Parker also star.
