Recently a rash of new pics have began showing up all over the web and here I am once again to let you in on the lowdown. So sit back and take your pic of pics…

First off are some set pics from Wicker Man, the remake of the 1973 British horror thriller of the same name, in which Nicolas Cage plays a reclusive sheriff who goes to search for his astranged daughter after she mysteriously disappears on a secluded island. When he arrives, he senses something more is amiss among the island's secretive residents as he starts to uncover a mystery involving strange sexual rituals, a harvest festival and possible human sacrifice.

As for the pics Upcoming Horror Movies has a couple of new shots from the set, which they got from a scooper when they were filming the fire scene. To check those out you can click here

Next comes a few new looks at the Milla Jovovich starrer Ultraviolet. Since this has been a slow few weeks it seems there is an interest in promoting the title page from the official Ultraviolet site and calling it artwork, so for those of you that want to check that out you can click here.

For those of you that are a bit more demanding in your pics you will see that Sci-Fi Wire has snagged a couple of exclusive looks at the new film as they preview Milla Jovovich as the title character, who is infected with a vampire-like disease called hemophagia early in the 21st century and finds herself caught up in a civil war between humans and the infected. The movie opens Feb. 24, 2006.

Here we have a first look at Jude Law in his next film with Anthony Mingella, Breaking and Entering. This film is described as an ensemble drama following contemporary Londoners from a variety of ethnic and class backgrounds whose lives intersect in the seedy inner-city area of Kings Cross. It has a large cast featuring the likes of Jude Law, Martin Freeman, Ray Winstone, Mark Benton, Juliette Binoche, Robin Wright Penn and Vera Farmiga.

Oh boy, oh boy. Reese's man, Ryan Phillippe is in Breach for Universal Pictures and this time he is cast as young Eric O'Neill (Phillippe) as he is promoted out of his low-level surveillance job and into the headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, his dream of becoming a full-fledged agent is on the verge of becoming a reality. Even more impressive, O'Neill is handpicked to work for renowned operative Robert Hanssen (Chris Cooper), within "information assurance," a new division created to protect all classified FBI Intelligence. O' Neill is quickly confronted with the true reason behind his hire: Hanssen is the sole subject of a long-term, top-secret investigation, a suspected mole made all the more dangerous by the sheer global import of the information he is charged with protecting.

DarkHorizons snagged a few early looks at the film that you can check out over here

How about that M. Night Shyamalan? His movies have slowly gotten so watered down that now he has even incorporated it into his title and BlairWitch.de has your first good look at Bryce Dallas Howard as the title character of The Lady in the Water.

The film centers on a modest building manager named Cleveland Heep (Paul Giamatti) rescues a mysterious young woman (Bryce Dallas Howard) from danger and discovers she is actually a narf, a character from a bedtime story who is trying to make the treacherous journey from our world back to hers. Cleveland and his fellow tenants start to realize that they are also characters in this bedtime story. As Cleveland falls deeper and deeper in love with the woman, he works together with the tenants to protect his new fragile friend from the deadly creatures that reside in this fable and are determined to prevent her from returning home.

And finally we come to a new batch of pics from the upcoming limited release London, a film that stars a fleet of names including Jessica Biel, Chris Evans, Jason Statham, Isla Fisher, Joy Bryant, Kelli Garner, Dane Cook, Kat Dennings and Leelee Sobieski. Really the big story behind this one is that Miss Biel gives the audience a preview of the goods like never before as there is said to be a nice bit of nudity from the sexy young lady.

As for the story, it goes like this:

Syd is a strung-out, wealthy 20-something whose life is about to go from meaningless to futile. After a massive binging and drug spree, he awakes to the news that he is about to lose his "one true love" forever: Syd's ex-girlfriend is moving from New York to Los Angeles. Syd has one more chance to win her back, tonight, at her going-away party. Syd stocks up on cocaine and goes off to the party with Bateman, a young English banker he's just met. Throughout the evening, however — punctuated by regular drug breaks in the bathroom — we discover that Syd's relationship problems involve more than friction with his girlfriend. Is there a light at the end of his tunnel?

BlackFilm has scored your first look at quite a few shots from the film that you can check out right here.
