Vantage Plays 'House' with Glosserman
New horror project set up at Par-mini
Paramount Vantage seems more like one of those serious movie outfits based on Babel and A Mighty Heart, but they are venturing into horror as they have tapped Scott Glosserman to direct and co-writer Playing House.
Macy Raymond joins Glosserman on the writing staff as they adapt Raymond's short story into a feature length film. The plot revolves around a down-on-their-luck young couple who are preyed upon when they inhabit a seemingly deserted island mansion.
For those that have not heard of Glosserman I happened to write about his directorial debut just yesterday (see here) Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon, a rather good flick any horror fan should be sure to check out.
