I brought you the new poster earlier this week along with that early negative buzz, but the marketing machine mus push forward as Columbia Pictures has debuted a second trailer for Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance bringing Nicolas Cage back as the devil's bounty hunter. It's my belief the people inclined to see this film will see it no matter what so no level of bad word of mouth can touch it. The question is… who else will go see it?
This time around Johnny Blaze (aka Ghost Rider, aka Nicolas Cage) is still struggling with his curse as the devil's bounty hunter and is hiding out in a remote part of Eastern Europe when he is recruited by a secret sect of the church to save a young boy (Fergus Riordan) from the devil (Ciaran Hinds). At first, Johnny is reluctant to embrace the power of the Ghost Rider, but it is the only way to protect the boy – and possibly rid himself of his curse forever.
The film is directed by Crank helmers Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor and is set for a February 17, 2012 release. Check out the trailer below.

Has to be better than Mark Steven Johnson's first one. I don't care how bad this one might be. It is literally impossible for it to be worse than a Mark Steven Johnson superhero movie.
Wow…that looked epic and bad-ass….and that's coming from a non-fan of the character and the terrible 1st movie.
The only way for Nick to ever be considered a serious actor again is if Tarantino gets him into one of his movies.
Roadkill.
I`m no fan of a lot of his recent films, but there`s something about the guy i like. He gets a real pounding from critic`s, coz i think they know he`s capable of so much more.
That movie looks a little bit better than the first one was; which is still bad but not completely terrible.
Yeah as several people have already said, I didn't like the first one and pretty much can't stand Nic Cage movies but that looked interesting. I'll have to wait and see what the buzz is when it comes out I think before shelling out my hard earned cash to see it.
