Tons Aboard Clam Digging Feature
Five new names join Diggers.
Back in May, Production Weekly announced that Paul Rudd, Peter Dinklage and Ken Marino had joined the cast of Diggers, and now The Hollywood Reporter adds five more names to the cast of stars as Ron Eldard, Josh Hamilton, Maura Tierney, Lauren Ambrose and Sarah Paulson have come aboard the film, which is set to have a day-and-date TV premiere on the HDNet Movies Network with a theatrical release by Magnolia Pictures.
Marino wrote the film, which is described as a coming of age story about four working class friends who have grown up as clam diggers on the local beaches of Long Island. Filming is scheduled to begin in Mid-July on Long Island.
