Tom Cruise and His Fat Suit
Do you like him now?
I remain a fan of Tom Cruise, and perhaps the only fan. I don't know, I just don't judge people on their beliefs… that's just me. When Tom starts killing people and slaughtering goats I may change my mind… for now I am cool on whatever he wants to pray to. However, I wonder what the naysayers will start chiming in with as some pics from the set of Tropic Thunder have surfaced over at Just Jared showing Tom Cruise in a fat suit.
Cruise has a cameo role in the Ben Stiller directed comedy. The story surrounds some kind of big budget war movie shoot that ultimately results in an actual war and the actors end up becoming the commandos they are playing. Along with Cruise, Stiller has managed to convince Robert Downey Jr., Jay Baruchel, Jack Black, Nick Nolte, Steve Coogan, Bill Hader and Matthew McConaughey to star in the film as well.
Cruise's involvement was rumored for the longest time, but I guess we can call it a sure thing now. You can click here to check out the three images from Just Jared.
Tropic Thunder is set for a July 11, 2008 from DreamWorks Pictures.
