Thornton Makes His 'Peace'
Leif Enger pic getting adaptation
Production Weekly lets us know that Billy Bob Thornton is set to star in the feature adaptation of Leif Enger's "Peace Like a River."
The Enger novel is a tale of loyalty and revenge that revolves around an American family that gets into a deadly spat with some neighborhood thugs.
Kathy McWorter wrote the screenplay and while a director has not yet been named producers are already scouting locations in Calgary, Alberta with hopes of beginning production in the Fall.
