Easy A, Salt and Devil are your pre-Christmas options

Salt (Unrated)
There's an unrated cut and a director's cut on top of the theatrical cut. I guess they are trying really hard to get you to buy this in order to make turning it into a franchise feasible. Personally I'd love to see where they take this character, but I won't be rushing out to buy this one in order to see it happen.

Easy A
I'm kicking myself for not requesting a review copy of this one. I was in Toronto when it screened and never made it to the theaters to see it for myself. I have already added it to my Netflix queue, but I also just shot off a late request for a review copy so hopefully it will come through. I have heard plenty of good word of mouth for Easy A and Emma Stone so I'm hoping it holds up to what people have been saying.

Devil
This one I also missed while in Toronto, but I already watched and reviewed the Blu-ray (read that here). However, there wasn't much to review and the film itself is pretty much a rental, though a decent watch as long as you know what you're in for.

Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps
I saw this one in Cannes and while I enjoyed it I haven't had any desire to return to it. If I want Gordon Gekko I'll take him as I want to remember him, as the character that won Michael Douglas a Best Actor Oscar back in 1987. There is an option, though, to buy both Money Never Sleeps and the original on DVD for only $21.99 at Amazon. Not a bad price… hit the button below for more.

Step Up 3
I really enjoyed the second Step Up movie, but this one was pretty much bad all around.

The only ones I'll probably end up grabbing is Salt and Easy A. Oh and I just want to point out an error – as the character that won Michael Douglas a Best Actor Oscar* back in 1987. :)

I really enjoyed both Easy A and Salt, so it'll be curious to see how they hold up, especially the former.
