'The Mentalist' is Now 'The Killer Inside Me'
Baker joins Affleck in mystery thriller
Simon Baker is currently enjoying success on the CBS series "The Mentalist," but it appears he hasn't forgotten about the money to be earned in feature films as he has lined up a role in Michael Winterbottom's upcoming adaptation of the Jim Thompson novel, The Killer Inside Me. Baker joins Casey Affleck.
Baker will play an attorney on the trail of a murderer in the story centering on a West Texas sheriff (Affleck) and his downward spiral from a boring small-town cop into a ruthless, sociopathic murderer. The cast also includes Jessica Alba as a prostitute and Kate Hudson as the sheriff's schoolteacher girlfriend. Baker plays a county attorney looking to expose the sheriff as the killer.
Filming is set to begin this week in New Mexico and Oklahoma.

You might want to change the name of the article cause for those people who takes things literally, people will assume that CBS had changed the name of the show to The Killer inside me. LOL.
