Should be a pretty good year
is Life As We Know It a Rom-Com? seems a bit heavy to be a comedy, but it's Heigl so I gotta ask
The "Untitled Cop Movie" is actually called "A Couple of Dicks". I wouldn't normally be interested in it, but it's Kevin Smith's first directorial effort in which he isn't the screenwriter as well. Might be worth a look, especially since I hear it's going for a hard R rating.
@Vince: Actually, Untitled Cop Movie is what WB is going with at the moment and it looks like it may end up titled A Couple of Cops.
@Brad Brevet:
I just looked up the article on JoBlo that explains exactly what you said.
Argh, I liked the double-entendre feel of "A Couple of Dicks". The supposed new title is so uninspired and lame.
A Cats and Dogs sequel?
Good God.
Cats and Dogs was kinda funny, the russian was hilarious.
I do think however that sequels of these kind of movies are usually bad, very bad.
But I had a bigger "Oh Dear" factor with the Yogi feature.
What's next? Captain Caveman?
Looking at the list it's going to be quite a normal year, some highs and some lows.
I don't see one thing on that list worth anticipating, let alone remembering, Potter included. I'm an major HP fan, but the movies have been one painful disappointment after another. I know I will see Deathly Hallows when it comes around, just to see how in the hell Yates is going to get a convincing and coherent story of Harry, Ron and Hermione quest for the remaining Horcruxes when they don't a friggin' clue what they are looking for. The last two films were abortions.
@Vince: A hard R is really what makes a movie attractive?
@LouAnn: Um… Inception by any chance?
Why are all the voice actors in 'Guardians of Ga'Hoole' Australian? Is it an Aussie production or is it a coincidence?
