Swank Sends Me A Letter… 'PS, I Love You'
What a nice gal...
Hilary Swank has signed to star in PS, I Love You, the upcoming film based on Cecelia Ahern's bestseller. Richard LaGravanese, who just finished directing Swank in Freedom Writers, will reunite on PS, I Love You, the story of a young Irish widow trying to put her life together again after her husband dies who receives monthly letters he wrote before he died helping her to overcome her grief.
In other news out of Production Weekly, Naomi Watts is set to being filming Michael Haneke's remake of the psycho-drama Funny Games in September. Watts has just been cast in Eastern Promises for David Cronenberg and will move to Games immediately afterwards. Games was originally made in German in 1997, is about a middle class family on a secluded holiday that endure a terrifying ordeal at the hands of two psychopaths.
