Susco Set to Pen 'Grudge 2'
Hit horror gets a quick sequel turnaround.
Success breeds sequels in Hollywood and after a quick $75 million at the box-office The Grudge 2 is being fast-tracked, so fast that scribe Stephen Susco has already been tapped to pen the follow-up for Senator International and Ghost House Pictures.
It is still unclear as to whether director Takashi Shimizu will be on board to helm the sequel considering his past with the Grudge story is long, but the Japanese original has already spawned a Japanese-language sequel, Ju-on: The Grudge 2, which will follow-up Shimizu's Ju-On, which released domestically earlier this year.
