Simpson is DUKES Daisy
She exhibited her "talent" on the Fox comedy "That 70's Show" as a dimwhitted blonde and she has finally gotten her dream come true after months of talks Jessica Simpson is set to play the sexy Daisy Duke, cousing to Bo and Luke Duke in the Warner Bros. adaptation of the 1980s TV show The Dukes of Hazzard.
Just a few days ago Seann William Scott and Johnny Knoxville were tapped as the Duke brothers out to thwart the authorities in their orange 1969 Dodge Charger, nicknamed the General Lee. On top of Club Dread director Jay Chandrasekhar being assigned helming duties Warner has approved a final budget and new script by John O'Brien, a scribe on Starsky & Hutch.
