Ross Goes from SEABISCUIT to a Mouse
Gary Ross, the acclaimed director of Seabiscuit, is moving on to his next film based on a bestselling book, this time it is a children's book.
Universal Pictures has optioned the Kate DiCamillo's Newberry Medal-winning kidlit novel "The Tale of Despereaux: Being the Story of a Mouse, a Princess, Some Soup, and a Spool of Thread" and hopefully the name will be shortened for theatrical release. For more information click the link below.
