Credit isn't paid, but Mission: Impossible II is a clear rip-off of Alfred Hitchcock's Notorious. And while it's interesting that M:I 2 pays no credit to the Hitchcock feature, what's more interesting is the difference in how the stories are told as 55 years separate the two.
