While at the Toronto International Film Festival I actually sat down to watch Terence Davies' The Deep Blue Sea, an adaptation of the 1952 play by Terence Rattigan, but it has a very slow and artful tone to the opening 10-15 minutes and my energy was running so low I just wasn't in the mood [...]
