Rachel Weisz is Evanora on the Latest Poster for 'Oz the Great and Powerful'

Witchy woman

Walt Disney Pictures released the following new poster for Oz: the Great and Powerful featuring Rachel Weisz as Evanora, one of the film's three witches. Of course, this still doesn't answer the question as to which witch was featured on the first teaser poster, Weisz or Mila Kunis as Theodora?

Oz the Great and Powerful is directed by Sam Raimi and imagines the origins of L. Frank Baum's the Wizard of Oz. The story centers on Oscar Diggs (James Franco), a small-time circus magician who is hurled away from Kansas to the Land of Oz where he finds fame and fortune, but his luck runs out when he meets three witches, Theodora (Kunis), Evanora (Weisz) and Glinda (Michelle Williams), who are not convinced he is the great wizard everyone's been expecting.

Have a look at the new poster below. Oz hits theaters on March 8. If you haven't yet watched the trailer, click here for that as well as several images from the film.

I might be the only one, but I am really looking forward to this movie. I think James Franco knows how to pick a good script and I think Sam raimi is due for a good movie. I don't have high expectations but I am looking forward to this

I dont care for the movie or franco or Raimi - Initially i was very excited for the story but then the trailer ruined my excitement but I love Weisz and she really knows how to pick a good movie so I'm excited again and she looks wonderful here! I hope she does what Theron failed to do in SWATH

Yes, FRED CLAUS was a very well picked choice, as were DREAM HOUSE, CHAIN REACTION and ENVY. Such truth in your assessment, sir.

Wow, you sound like you have a personal problem. Who do you like? Let's see if they know how to pick good films.

What's YOUR problem? Irf pointed out that Weisz hasn't been 100% consistent in picking good films and he's completely correct.

Meh. At least it wasn't as bad as the James Franco poster.
