I can tell it's Tatsuya Nakadai in the frame…. My guesses would be Sword of Doom or Hara-Kiri, also.
But since those have already been guessed, I'm going to go with Kill!, since it's the only other Nakadai feature I can think of off the top of my head.
But I'm pretty sure that's not it.
