Poster for Twilight's 'New Moon' Arrives
And all the girls went, Squeeeeeeeeeeee!
The poster for The Twilight Saga: New Moon has arrived courtesy of Summit Entertainment. Of course, as you already know, New Moon is the sequel to last year's box-office hit Twilight and continues the story of Bella Swan played by Kristen Stewart based on the novels by Stephenie Meyer.
In New Moon, Bella is devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire love Edward (Robert Pattinson) but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with the irresistible Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). Suddenly she finds herself drawn into the world of the werewolves, ancestral enemies of the vampires, and she finds her loyalties tested.
Check out the poster below and click here for a larger look. Also, stay tuned as a clip is apparently supposed to arrive on MTV some time in the near future.

At least werewolves aren't nasty bloodsuckers; Bella should drive a stake through cullen's heart and go with jacob where she'll be safer.
WOW!!! Now I am even more excited for this damn movie!!! Arghhh…why can't november come fast enough??
@werelover:
na-ah! Staying with Jacob wouldn't be safe either, he could allways lose his self-control and hurt her… and another fact is he hasn't imprinted with Bella, so she is not the love of his Life! :D Woot Go Team Edward!
Squeeeeeeeeeeee!
I've never read/seen Twilight, but this poster does look very nice.
uh – so what is Bella looking at? The "camera"? Geesh – she always looks so vacant.
But man of man, Jacob is growing up nicely.
Lol! I only have one thing to say about this poster, Scandalous.
Jesus, they're coming out with another one already? I can't wait until this whole Twilight phase is over.
This looks more like an ad for a clothing store than a movie poster.
"Saga?" Pffft, the only series that deserves to have the word saga anywhere near the title is The Godfather.
… Is it just me or does Jacob's arm seem a bit too beefy / disproportionate?
Also: I like the lack of fail!wig. Much better.
I like the poster. Really, I do. It's simple, not too flashy, the actors look great and it gets the point across easily. Jacob is looking buff, btw. Good to hear that Taylor packed on like dozens of pounds in muscle to properly play Jacob.
Oh, and Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
@JFC: Like Vince said, Taylor packed on a lot of muscle for this role, so that's probably his real arm.
Holy hell's bells its never gonna stop is it, the world is gonna be overrun by adolescent teenage girls going mad for Pattison. He's not even that good an actor thought his death scene in the Goblet of Fire was the best part. I wish they'd stop making the vampire genre so fucking flimsy and pussy like. Blade wasn't the best movie but at least it kicked some ass. This is almost as bad as The Little Vampire that Richard E. Grant was in. Chan-wook Park is bringing out a Vampire flick this year maybe those who actually wanna see a none pussy ass approach to this subject should save their pennies for Thirst instead. I mean Van Helsing was a terrible film but even Dracula didn't sparkle in that. Werewolves as well though whats gonna happen with this they get shot with a silver bullet they shed their fur ? Yeah great just what we need to see in cinema these days Sparkling vamps and Bald wolves. Anyone with a brain will avoid this like the plague.
wow already, my ears are still ringing from the screams of naive teenage girls when this douche showed up at the mall i work at, godd i hate twilight, i can take harry potter, but this is just plain awful.
At least Bella looks older on this poster. In all the posters for the first movie, she was done up in some weird baby face that really made the whole thing look a bit pedophaelic, despite the fact that she looked perfectly normal in the film itself.
why can't they replace kristen stewart?
she sounded like she was being forced to do twilght
an had hardy any acting
@Elwing: Thanks Elwing, I didn't read the books but I didn't know the back end of the story
