Portman Bows to 'Your Highness'
The little lady will play a warrior princess
Just a couple of days ago I brought up the upcoming comedy Your Highness, which at the time only starred Danny McBride and James Franco, but now Variety is announcing Natalie Portman has joined the cast. Universal Pictures is distributing the comedy with David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express) directing from a script co-written by McBride and Ben Best.
The story centers on an arrogant lazy prince (McBride) who with his brother (Franco) must complete a quest to save the kingdom and his brother's fiance. Portman will play a warrior princess that the lazy prince falls in love with.
Production begins in July in Ireland, but no release date has been set as of yet.

So another chubby bland-looking comedian gets to be hot and heavy with an impossibly gorgeous petite Hollywood star.
I like comedy, and McBride is ok, but I'm just waiting to see one of these guys matched with a woman that looks like someone they actually could score a date with in real life (and not having to pay for it)
Franco could score Portman they both went to Ivy League colleges, so they can talk about more than just US Weekly headlines.
Anyway, this actually sounds a little interesting, maybe on par with The Princess Bride.
