'Pink Panther 2' Cast Rounding Out
Any chance this movie is good...
Looks like Steve Martin is no longer the only one attached to star in Columbia Pictures/MGM's sequel The Pink Panther 2 as director Harald Zwart (who?) has kept two from the first flick and gained four new names.
Jean Reno and Emily Mortimer will reprise their roles as Ponton and Nicole while Andy Garcia, John Cleese, Alfred Molina and Aishwarya Rai join the cast. Cleese will play chief inspector Dreyfus in the pic. Garcia, Molina and Rai have signed on as detectives and experts who join forces with Clouseau to catch the thief who has been stealing artifacts around the world.
Inspector Clouseau (Martin) teams up with equally bumbling detectives from other European countries to defeat a continent-wide crime wave.
The film is set to be released on February 13, 2009.
