Quite a coincidence, I just watched the original version of this yesterday.
I've seen both versions and I actually prefer this version.
Maybe my favourite George Clooney movie. There, I said it.

Not that there's anything wrong with Britain, British English, or being British. I, too have a couple of British friends.
