Penn to Pen Rock's SPY HUNTER
Just days after John Woo was announced director of the upcoming Rock starrer Spy Hunter for Universal Pictures we get word from Variety that Zak Penn is in negotiations to pen the script. The film which is based on Midway's long-running video game follows the story of a former F-15 pilot (The Rock) recruited to become a member of Spy Hunters, an elite government agency that must defeat a cartel seeking world domination.
If you are wondering who exactly Zak Penn is just know that he was a writer on such scripts as Elektra, X2 and Behind Enemy Line. NUFF SAID!
