The following sequences are just too similar and too famous to leave off or waste two spots with. Both are from Spike Lee films and both are probably the most famous sequences in their respective films.

Ed Norton in 25th Hour: Norton's Monty tries to hate away personal responsibility in front a mirror but ultimately comes up empty.
Signature F-bomb line: "Fuck this whole city and everyone in it, let earthquakes crumble it, let the fires rage, let it burn to fucking ash and then let the waters rise and submerge this whole rat infested place."

You literally would have to include every scene that featured R. Lee Ermy, but I went ahead and went with what might be my favorite … Ermy and Vincent D'Onofrio on the obstacle course.
Signature F-bomb line: "Get up here, fat boy! Quickly! … You climb obstacles like old people fuck, you know that Private Pyle? … Private Pyle, whatever you do don't fall down. That would beak my fucking heart! … Are you quitting on me? Well, are you? Then quit, you slimy fucking walrus-looking piece of shit! Get the fuck off of my obstacle! Get the fuck down off of my obstacle! Now! Move it! I'm going to rip your balls off so you cannot contaminate the rest of the world! John McClane remains an immortal bad-ass, a childhood icon for me if there ever was one. His smart-ass, pop-culture relevant remarks helped define generations of smart-asses and talk-backers for years and years to come. There are many scenes I could have gone with ("Asshole? I'm not the guy who just got butt-fucked on national TV … Dwayne". But I chose to pay homage with the film's most famous line.

Haha I was thinking the same thing. Also I'd add Rocco's F bomb tirade from Boondock Saints, to which Sean Patrick Flannery responds "Certainly illustrates the diversity of the word". Best moment of the movie.
Rocco: "Fuckin'- What the fuckin'. Fuck. Who the fuck fucked this fucking… How did you two fucking fucks… FUCK!!"

I agree with ckybltz; but then, 'Saints' would probably be considered an F-Bomb movie, huh?
Also -really this is just me being stupid -I liked the scene in Bride of Chucky, when Chucky asks Tiffany: "And who the FUCK is Martha Stewart?" It just makes me laugh (most of that movie did, actually).
Great idea for a top ten list. however an honorable mention for Denis Leary is in order. The guy did for the word fuck what Dennis Miller Did for over used Analogies.
Any line he had in the Ref would be just fine. But the scene where Kevin Spacey and Judy Davies are tied up arguing about anything they can while being held hostage and Dennis mutters through clenched teeth, "Great I've kidnapped my fucking parents." but again any time he opens his mouth would qualify.
Kevin Spacey also gives a great speech involving the f-bomb after he destroys the cristmas tree with a fire poker.
While on the subject may i suggjest the Ref for an updated demented Christmas movie list.
