    That unfair because it's injustice!!

For to your government by arguments about national and non- American films :

1 : What is a prejudiced attitude as national cinema as it has shown in recent years in quality productions .

2 : Many national films like Central Do Brazil , the Compassionate Self , City of Gods , 2 Sons of Francisco , Elite Squad 1 and 2 , Chico Xavier , Lisbela and prisoner assault on the central bank etc are 100 % excellent films that deserved to compete not only in the category of best Foreign Language Film and best Film yeah , and some other categories like best actor, best director , screenplay , etc. .

3 : Central Brazil won 1 Golden Globe and BAFTA for Best Film 1 foreign

4 : For the U.S. academy generally have an attitude , prejudiced against Brazilian cinema , but they are wrong !

5 : On the specific subject of the Oscar , is only one premium movie created by the American movie industry to promote them . Often there are other injustices and they are correct . But Oscar is an award given by a voting system among the members of the Academy . In the end, becomes what they consider best .

6 : Harry Potter deserved to have had an Oscar , especially the technical awards , such as photography , art direction , visual effects and costumes , because they are really top notch. But it turns out the way they choose the winners is a voting system . Academy members who vote are those who think best

7 : Before you reach the finish line , art directors , who are part of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences , vote for the movies they think best for the prize . They choose five films in order of preference from a list of eligible films . The five films that receive the most votes will go to the final competition . Only art directors vote at this stage for this category .

8 : The second step is a little different . All members of the Academy , regardless of function, receive a ballot with the names of five competitors . They vote , also in order of preference , those who think they should win. After the voting , make the vote count and the movie to stand in front wins the Oscar .

9 : In short , the Oscar is an election based on votes . Like any election, may please or not the outcome. However , the process is fair and consistent . We have the right to disagree with the result based on our preferences , but we also have an obligation to recognize that the victory was legitimate competitor .

10 : Finally , it has nothing to do with the movie being British . Oscar not only gives awards to American films . In the year mentioned, the winner for best film was The Artist , which is a French film . In 2011, The King's Speech , which is also British as the Harry Potter films .

and 11 : Just because any best film including Central Brazil or Harry Potter few awards Oscar was nominated but did not win does not mean it's bad !
