One 'Cloverfield' Star's Career Continues in 'Hell'
Monster success breeds more terror
Jessica Lucas has found a career in thrillers as she has moved from the lackluster The Covenant, to the successful Cloverfield, into Picturehouse's upcoming Amusement and now into Sam Raimi's Drag Me To Hell. I am not saying she is being typecast as the cutie in thriller movies, primarily because I don't think I have to.
This latest news comes from Shock Til You Drop as they announce the girl that played Lily in Paramount's 2008 success Cloverfield will now star in an unspecified role in Sam Raimi's return to horror.
The film stars Alison Lohman and Justin Long and tells a story in which Lohman's character is the unwitting recipient of a supernatural curse.
Yeah, it's not original, but whatever.
Cloverfield hits DVD on April 22nd, click here for details on that.
