New Writer for 'Wolverine'
Skip Woods is taking a stab
IGN is reporting that Skip Woods has been brought in by Fox to do a script rewrite on David Benioff's Wolverine screenplay.
The site reports that this is not just a touch up, rather a full on rewrite, which seems a bit odd considering they seemed ready to roll on the production which has a November start date set in Australia. Apparently the studio is impressed with Woods' work on the vid adapation Hitman, which is why they asked him to take a turn at the X-Men spin-off.
Woods is no stranger to star Hugh Jackman as he also penned Jackman's hacker flick Swordfish.
Wolverine is expected to hit theaters in 2008 and tells the story of James Howlett/Logan/Wolverine's adventures prior to joining the X-Men. Gavin Hood is directing.

Great! It already sounds like another s**tty Marvel movie! Besides you can't make a true Wolverine movie with it being rated pg-13 so I think I will just have to stayed pissed at Marvel for ruining the integrity of these brutal characters into family friendly sellouts!
