New 'Hannibal Rising' Trailer

I just don't see it. This new guy, Gaspard Ulliel, reminds me nothing of the Anthony Hopkins' Lecter we have all come to recognize as Yahoo unveils the brand new domestic trailer for MGM and The Weinstein Company's Hannibal Rising. Look at that image above, is it me or does that look laughable? The mask looks like it is made of plastic, and did he put it on himself? What's going on, that is supposed to be a frightening image?
I still have the book sitting on my coffee table and it looks like I better get to it so I can get the images of this trailer out of my head. For your chance to be tainted click here or on the goofy mask above.
