New Pictures from 'Man of Steel,' 'X-Men: Days of Future Past,' 'Insidious 2' and Many More

Production begins on the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past

Several new images have arrived from around the various corners of the Internet and we'll begin this round-up with the image above, which director Bryan Singer tweeted out from the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past with a note saying, "Going through set designs at Mell's studio in Montreal."

Singer plans on continuing to utilize Twitter throughout the film's production, leading up to its July 18, 2014 release.

Empire Man of Steel cover

Here we have a cover from Empire's latest issue dedicated to superheroes from which I featured some scans previously. This is Henry Cavill in costume as Superman as he'll be seen in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel come June 14.

Hugh Jackman in The Wolverine

From the same issue is a higher-quality look at the image of Hugh Jackman as the title character in The Wolverine, which has strangely yet to even offer a trailer and no word on whether one will be seen during the Super Bowl despite its upcoming July 26 release.

  • G-Man

Excited for Insidious 2. While the ending was a bit so-so, it's one of the most frightening movies I've personally ever seen. I remember watching in the theater with a huge crowd was one helluva experience.

Am I the only person that hated Insidious? The first 40 minutes were full of tension but the rest was a cliched bore, IMO. And that ending was completely awful.

Even more frightening then the Exorcist?!

Although I must admit I was much younger and more impressionable when I saw that!

    MAN OF STEEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I'm just tired of remakes of superman, even if the film turns out to be well done.
How about finding fresh ideas instead?!
That doesn't mean that it will flop. But I find myself a little less interested of remakes.
Nevertheless, I may choose to see it just to critique!

  • The Jackal

You will believe a man can fly...

  • John Wood

    I'm loving the Costner renaissance.

That jObs picture is pretty impressive, actually.
