New 'Knight and Day' International Trailer
I'm anxious to give this one a watch
I am a Tom Cruise fan. Forget the Scientology, it doesn't bother me just as much as it doesn't bother me other people have their own religious beliefs. Cruise isn't doing anything to hurt me or others so what do I care? As such, I see the trailers for his upcoming film Knight and Day, and as much as the thought of him teaming up with Cameron Diaz for an action comedy didn't necessarily appeal to me, I can't help but be excited after watching the second trailer. That is, other than the "With me, without me" bit that goes on way too long.
As for the international trailer featured below, I haven't watched it. I leave that to you. I will see the rest when the film hits theaters on June 25.

Ok… But what's up with the title? It doesn't seems to be intentionally retardad like "Hot tub time machine" or "Snakes on a Plane". It just sounds corny, like a made up title for a bad movie… That could've been their intention but even so…
I think it's to enforce the fact that it's really a throwback to old, mindless action movies that are just straight up fun and don't take themselves too seriously
i heard somewhere that tom cruise's character's last name is Knight and cameron diaz's character's last is Day
I can't wait to see this movie! The teaser trailer is still the best of the trailers, but this one is still really good.
First off, Tom Cruise is making some good career choices by choosing to dip into comedy. It did wonders for him in "Tropic Thunder" (including a Golden Globe nom), and I think it'll do good for him again in this movie. Not as many people want to take him seriously anymore (though I'm not one of them, as I don't let actors' personal lives cloud my opinion of them in their movies), so his serious films haven't been doing as well, but when he does a movie that looks like it doesn't need to be taken seriously, people still respond to him.
Also, James Mangold is directing. This has not been headlined in any of the trailers, nor will it probably be advertised that much in the TV spots. But James Mangold is a great director. This movie has the potential to be not just fun, but well-made.
I like Cruise. He might be a crazy guy, but who cares? Roman Polanski is a child rapist and he can still win an Oscar, so who cares if Cruise is a scientologist and jumps on sofas? He's a good actor and as long as his films are good I don't care and I am looking forward to this film. And it seems as if he is making a little fun of himself as the they say in the trailer that his character was the best but lost touch with reality. Kinda like Cruise himself. From the biggest box office draw to the guy that went of the rails.
I'm with you on all accounts. I think this film looks fun. I don't care what Cruise does or doesn't do off screen, he's a great actor, that all that matters.
I'm a fan too and cant wait for this movie.
I am excited about this movie. It actually looks funny. And Tom Cruise may be a bit different from normal Hollywood society (or society in general, I guess), but he's still a good actor and very, very good looking.
I'm a big fan of Cruise. This film does look ok, like a slightly better version of Mr and Mrs Smith.
looks too familiar, but id like to see it.
