SYNOPSIS:
The story centers on narcotics officer Nick Tellis (Jason Patric), who is assigned to investigate the murder of a young rookie cop and teams with the killed cop's former partner, Lt. Henry Oak (Ray Liotta). As Tellis gets closer to learning the truth, he discovers that he has been set up.
