In a post apocalyptic world, Rage is a hunted man on the run because he is a “freak” who possesses extra-human powers and is therefore considered an enemy of the state. The despot Parish is the state leader who hunts Rage and his “genetically deviant” friends, but Parish’s pursuit of Rage is personal. When they finally meet face to face, the dark secret in their past is revealed.
