In the small, desert town of Black Point, New Mexico, Frank is shot in the head and loses his memory. As he struggles to regain his sense of identity, under scrutiny by the sherif and his supposed wife Chloe, the only thing he is sure he recalls is that the President's life is in jeaopardy. naturally noone believes him, until the President and his staff pass through Black Point.
