Did you know that Danny Trejo was also in Robert Rodriguez's "Spy Kids" in 2001? Well, guess what his character's name was. You guessed it, Machete.

So, in 2001, Trejo is in a Robert Rodriguez movie, as Machete, and in 2010, Trejo is in a Robert Rodriguez movie, as Machete.

My screening didn't have any trailers so I have no idea. I hadn't heard that, but it doesn't sound too far fetched.

i have a question and it would be really cool if you could answer it for me.
There has been rumors that the Cherry Darling character (played by Rose McGowen) from Grindhouse was in this movie in a fake trailer before the movie? is that true?

Hey, I liked the Grindhouse – I think it was somewhat underrated – so I'm definitely going to see Machete.

Enjoyed this movie a ton, it's about what you'd expect this movie to be- gloriously, ridiculously, stupidly over the top.
