Im ashamed i have friends that before seeing the movie thought had good taste in comedy movies. I was terribly terribly wrong. Like in tropic thunder , you never go full retard. Steve Carrell went full idiot! I am a fan of his other movies but this was just ridiculous and not a movie for him. As well as Paul Rudd i couldnt believe he would pick such a stale pointless character to play. Every movie should at least have a little bit reality to it. In real life, if I were to meet a person like Barry, I would have beat the shit out of him, literally, even when he was "playing dead."
