Moore Tapped for 'Omen' Remake

John Moore, the director behind last year's Flight of the Phoenix, has been snatched up and placed firmly in the Devil's arms as he is now set to take on directorial duties on a reamke of the 1976 classic horror feature The Omen.
The original film starred Gregory Peck and Lee Remick as a distinguished American couple living in England, whose young son Damien bears "the mark of the beast."
The script is being finished right now by Dan McDermott and the studio is a bit in a hustle as an October 3rd start date has already been set, so expect casting news soon.
