Ludacris, De Ravin and Cannon Have a 'Ball'
Indie drama centers on a teen basketball prodigy
Variety is reporting that Ludacris, Emilie De Ravin and Nick Cannon are set to star in the indie ensemble drama Ball Don't Lie with Grayson T. Boucher tapped for the lead role as a teen basketball prodigy striving to deal with life on the streets.
The film will be directed by Brin Hill who also penned the adaptation with Matt de la Pena from Pena's novel. Also starring in the flick are Rosanna Arquette, Ricardo Chavira, Steve Harris, Evan Parke, Harold Perrineau, James Pickens Jr., Dania Ramirez, Matthew St. Patrick, Cress Williams, Mykelti Williamson and Robert Wisdom.
