Heather Locklear is set to star opposite Hilary Duff in The Perfect Man, directed by Mark Rosman and starring Heather Duff, Chris Noth and Mike O'Malley. The story centers on a teenager (Duff) who is trying to find the best mate for her single, romantically challenged mom (Locklear).
