Lions Gate Picks Up 'Dark Ride'
Thriller finds its way to the Gate.
Lions Gate Entertainment is soon going to be the place for all horror/thriller films after it's 9 pic deal with Twisted Pictures last week, it's success with Saw and now it has picked up the teen thriller Dark Ride starring Jamie-Lynn Discala.
The film finds the "Sopranos" star in a story set a decade after two young girls are brutally murdered as their killer escapes from a mental institution and returns to his familiar killing ground, the theme park attraction Dark Ride. His victims this time are a group of college kids on a road trip that leads them to the ride.
