Lil' Smith Learns Newton's Law
Is he our next Macaulay? Uh, let's hope not
If you've seen the fine film, The Pursuit of Happyness, you probably already know that Jaden Christopher Syre Smith, son of Will and Jada, is a potential star in the making. The kid's got charisma which is no real surprise given his parents. He's got the acting chops too and seeing him deliver at the string of award shows earlier this year, he seems to be a showbiz natural. I'm expecting a movie career, a musical career and eventual ownership of a sports franchise in the next twenty years.
Well it looks like the Smiths have found the next project for little Jaden. It's called Newton's Law and Jaden would play a "precocious inventor trapped in a science center during a field trip". Yup, another movie I'll never see. The original screenplay was about a child trapped in Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch which goes to show you, you never know what a rewrite could entail (yes, I'm kidding).
