Levy Joins Second 'Dozen'
Eugene set for comedy sequel.
Eugene Levy seems to be the go-to-guy when it comes to adding that little bit of extra comedy to your movie and director Adam Shankman is doing just that as he has cast Levy to star opposite Steve Martin in Cheaper By the Dozen 2 for 20th Century Fox.
Levy previously worked with Martin on seuch films as Bringing Down the House and another Martin sequel Father of the Bride II.
In Dozen 2, Levy will play a corporate warrior whose type-A personality pits him and his eight perfect blond children against Martin and his family at an annual neighborhood competition.
Filming is expected to begin in June with Bonnie Hunt and Piper Perabo signed on to reprise their roles along with Martin, the rest of the cast has not yet been announced.
