Smoking has found its way into ratings for the first time

Well, today marks the first time we see a rating from the MPAA that includes the note that smoking is in the movie as Universal's Definitely, Maybe has the honors. Laremy went off on it a bit ago, click here to get his full opinion.
Rated PG-13 For sexual content, including some frank dialogue, language and smoking.
Release Date: TBA 2007
Rated PG-13 For intense sequences of violence and action, some sexual material and language. (This is a re-rating from the previous R-rating version back in March)
