"Some Menace" WTF!?!?!?!
I think Batman growls a little bit… DMX style
I was definitely expecting a harder rating than that…
Really? I think that may have been very very wishful thinking. Now I've heard that the film is going to be pushing the PG-13 rating to the max, and would maybe even have to have a few rounds with MPAA to get it. But there shouldn't have ever been any doubt it wouldn't be PG-13. It still has to sell toys and happy meals.
Yeah, obviously PG13, I mean a harder description…just "Some menace"? I was expecting "Terror", or "disturbing images" at least, especially considering the one poster has a "Why so serious?" and a smiley face written in blood…
Fair enough. Sorry for misinterpreting. But the MPAA's descriptions are so ambiguous, arbitrary, and all around asinine that it could be full of disturbing images but be labeled as "sequences of hostility". I'm pretty sure the dark in "The Dark Knight" is going to come through strong and mean.
