YEAH!
I'm glad taht Unstoppable got rated. I didn't know if that got cancled, but I guess not.
I'm kinda surprised at how light the rating for Due Date is.
Knocked up had the same rating as due date and that was near a Hard R
The Town should have been included. It is rated R for Strong Violence, Pervasive Language, Some Sexuality and Drug Use.
Sean, if that's true, that's awesome.
I'm disappointed. I thought The Beaver would be R. Then again, I thought Due Date and The American would go PG-13, so it balances out. I'll see all of them, though Due Date isn't a priority unless it gets stellar reviews.
Tamara Drewe sounds promising.
I'd be shocked if "The Beaver" is released this year. Gibson is poison right now.
I was hoping red would of been R and also Unstoppable but at least Due date is.
Well that means red and unstoppable are gonna suck cuz usually movies expected to be rated r but are pg-13 suck. But I am glad due date and the town are which will both be great. Ben Affleck can't act in some movies, but he can sure direct.
The American is R? Oh well…
I knew it would be r rated. But i dont care
That sucks that Red was not rated R. This reminds me a lot of when The Losers came out and was not rated R either and it wasnt very good at all. Heavy action movies about assassins and trained killers are not rated pg-13… On another note, Due Date should be very entertaining, especially since it is rated R…If that is true about The Town that would be great…Now just to wait and see if Zach Snyder doesnt disappoint in promising the R rating for Sucker Punch.
The Town rating is true. It is on the website. I am excited for the hard r. I just hope that it doesn't do the thing the departed did. It had the F word literally be every other word. It was really annoying. It is a great movie. But i was distracted at the amount of f bombs. now, the town looks excellent. Jon Hamm and Jeremy Renner will be the highlights i bet.
I know Sucker Punch will be r. And The Town will be excellent and so will Sucker Punch. I mean Zach Snyder is da shit. Even though Legend of the Guardians looks kinda gay. And who the fuck gives a fuck is they use the word fuck a lot in a fuckin movie.
T.s it may seem annoying to you but the f word does not make a movie the departed was amaziong and so was casino whicch said the word 482 times
Alapha dog is 30 minutes less then the departed and has the f word more than 100 times more. It is used because of the situation. have you ever seen police when on the job even though they don't like it when you curse and even arrest you. They are huge hypocrites. They sometimes have the foulest mouth. and what pervasive means is continous for the time being. predators had pervasive language in its Rating yet had only 39 f words it all depends
Does anyone think Unstoppable sounds more of a pg rating with the rating reason? And an unstoppable train. It isnt that original.
connor please stop you can state your opinion but don't rmable. leagends of gaHO0OLE ISN'T GONNA SUCK IF YOU READ THe book you would know its not too hard to make into a movie. Sucker punch will be R but you don't have to say the f-word so much.
and tony scott usually makes good movies so i don't expect red or unstoopable to suck
I just thought it would be R
Hey man chill. I was just messin with him
PG-13 ratings for the Beaver and Red will mean I will be waiting for them to hit DVD. WHy wont Bruce Willis make more R-rated action movies?
Snyder had said they aimed for a PG-13 with Sucker Punch….said a few months ago in an interview and then said it again at Comic-Con.
From several months ago:
. 'If you can make Taken PG-13, you can make this movie PG-13,' he told me. 'That's what I believe. Because it's more fantastic. No one really dies in the movie.'
Here's an exert from Comic-Con:
"Snyder said the movie would likely be PG-13, because all the death and destruction happens to the monsters rather than the humans. "It's like Lord of the Rings, where they got a PG-13 because they cut the heads off Orcs instead of humans," he quipped. "
mirrors 2?? lake placid 3?? when mpaa rating let me in?
ckybltz-
Yes, Snyder does say that he was aiming for a PG-13 movie wth Sucker Punch, but then recently stated that it would be rated R, so that his fans wont be disappointed. I am just hoping that proves to be true.
Devil pg-13 violence and disturbing images thematic material some language inculding sexual refrences
Machete R- strong bloody violence throughout language some sexual content and nudity
Didn't Boogie Woogie already come out in theaters?
